Bandsaw bandaid in the Boleyn

Readers of the Inside the Boleyn page (yeah hi Dad) will already know of last weeks events in the Boleyn.  I was nearly involved in a 'mercy dash'.  Haven't you always wanted to be involved in those?  I know I have.  It's the redtops fault with their enticing headlines the like of which I would love to use in my blog titles.  Mercy dash, love triangle (if only), sex chicken (?), woodturner ate my hamster etc.  But alas, thanks to the skills of my wifes bandaids, the mercy dash was cancelled. ...

My Would Store.

No, that's not a spelling mistake.  My Would Store is exactly what it is.  Meaning that I 'Would' get in my 'Wood Store' if only I bloody well could.  It's not down to the shanty townlike surroundings, the rubber tyre dangling from a rope in front of the door, it's not down to the rusty hinges or the steadily collapsing door itself.  It's not down to the bees that have moved in to the roof of the Boleyn Workshop opposite and are buzzing around like they own the place.  No, the reason I can't ...

Pete My name is Pete and apart from the above,I'm a football fan and Old School Pessimist. Maybe because I've been supporting West Ham for over forty years. Priced out of the Premier League like so many and football in general,I now go to any local non league club when I can. On our corner plot we have room for bees and chickens by the workshops.
